I went to the Naka Ward Office in Yokohama to get my moving-out certificate and then headed to the Sagamihara City Office to submit my moving-in notice. It was pouring rain today. Even though I wore rubber boots meant for rainy days, my socks still got completely soaked. Since I spent so much time traveling, I ended up reading The Catcher in the Rye, which arrived yesterday. I’d heard that the main character has a personality similar to mine, according to the MBTI test, so I started reading it, but it doesn’t quite feel right. It’s clear that people can’t be neatly categorized into just 16 types.

横浜中区役所に行って転出届を受け取ってから相模原市役所に転入届を出しに行った。今日は凄い大雨だった。雨の日用のゴム靴を履いていたのに靴下までびしょびしょになった。移動時間が長かったので、きのう届いた「ライ麦畑でつかまえて」をずっと読んでいた。mbti診断でこの主人公と近い性格という話を聞いたので読み始めたが、どうも違う気がする。やっぱり人それぞれ、16パターン分けられるはずがない。
